1810 Suzanne Street is a modern farmhouse that started as a full transformation rather than a new build. We took the original home down to the studs and added a complete second storey, reframing it into a bright two-storey with crisp white board-and-batten siding, a charcoal roof, and tall black-framed windows.

Completed in 2020, the result feels brand new inside and out while keeping its footing in an established Windsor neighbourhood.
