It is a common misconception that all additional dwelling units are tiny homes. This project shows just how much is possible with an ADU: a substantial two-storey attached residence with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, 1,165 square feet above grade, and an additional 582.5-square-foot basement.

Our team integrated the new ADU with the existing Windsor home and refreshed the original residence with new white vinyl siding, creating a clean, cohesive exterior across the property.

We also built two new garages, one for the existing house and one for the ADU, providing a combined 595 square feet of enclosed parking and storage. Completed in 2026, the project demonstrates how a thoughtfully designed attached ADU can add generous, full-scale living space to an established property.
