ADU Conversion/Addition in Windsor - 3814 Turner Rd

At 3814 Turner Road in Windsor, an existing garage was transformed into a 931-square-foot additional dwelling unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. Approximately 450 square feet of the total living area came from a new addition, expanding the original garage footprint.

The garage was stripped back to the studs and rebuilt throughout as part of the conversion. Combining the garage conversion with an addition made room for a complete home while making use of an existing structure.
